Orders will be dispatch as soon as possible, stock permitting.
Stainless steel exhausts will be sent directly from the manufacturer (within UK) and current delivery leadtime is approx 4-8 weeks.
Body Panels are made to order and expect delivery from approx 12 -20 weeks depending on the part. Please factor this into any restoration.
Shipping Charges
Pricing is based upon the following...........
Upto 100gm, standard rate mainland and airmail.
100gm upto 1.999kg, tracked and signed for both mainland and airmail. (100gm-499gm, 500gm-999gm, 1.0kg-1.499kg, 1.5kg -1.999kg).
2kg upto 24kg, Courier services, varies with weight and size of parcel.
Exhaust parts done a quote by order basis. (The issue is size not weight)
For anything over this will be sent via courier, DHL, Fedex or Parcelforce (dimension restictions may apply so please if doubt contact us before ordering).
Our charges ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your location/country. If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax and the courier invoices us for the unpaid charges, we will re-charge you for the applicable amount. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may also jeopardise or terminate you ability to place future orders. If you are unsure of your county’s import polices, please check before you place an order.
Exhaust orders within UK mainland generally cost £30.00, anywhere else please contact us for cost. Typical EU cost £80.00.
Body Panels shipping charges will be added when order ready for dispatch, reason for this is size and distance. For orders of any large panels, suggest you contact us for a shipping quote.
Returns
No returns will be allowed on any part over 30 days from dispatch. We cannot accept return of specially ordered parts or used parts, nor can we accept return of new parts that have been installed or have been modified in any way. Items should be returned via a shipping method that provides full tracking of the package’s status, as returns cannot be processed for items that are not received. Items must be returned in original box or packaging, in ‘as received’ condition.
Please note they may be a 25% restocking charge on some items.
PLEASE REMEMBER if you are returning goods for whatever reason, please make sure you have clearly marked the parcel with the sender’s name and address. Goods lost in transit to us are your responsibility. If parcel correctly labelled then it can be returned to you by postal or courier services used in an event of a problem with the delivery.
Damages
IMPORTANT- Please inspect packaging and contents for damage immediately upon receipt. Inspect any opened or damaged packages and report their condition to the courier. Do not break down or throw away the packaging when you unpack the goods as our couriers will require it for inspection in order to process any claim. You must notify us of any damage within 24 hours of delivery or risk nullification of our exchange or refund policy. Every item is inspected for damage before dispatch.
Please contact us for authorisation before returning any item. Make sure you include a copy of the invoice and the reason why you are returning it with the returned part/s. Shipping must be paid by you unless the item is defective. When faulty items are being returned for exchange, we will not ship replacements until we have received and inspected the faulty item.
