We have finally manage to start refurbing these inhouse.
We fully strip the caliper down, blast exterior then ultrasonic clean .
All interior parts cleaned, pistons are inspected for pitting etc.
Carriers are blasted then painted .
New brass bleed nipples and caps fitted.
Please be aware intially supply is limited as finding calipers with acceptable pistons is being difficult. I am investigating the possiblity of having stainless steel pistons being made.
